Augmented Reality is a digital tool that allows you to add details to the visual field actually perceived by the user, by projecting 3D images only in a limited area in front of your eyes. It is therefore an interactive virtual reality experience that aims to make the proportions of an object realistic in all its completeness and projected into space through the use of a device (mobile phone, tablet).

Let's look at some examples

As you can see, objects are projected 1:1 directly into your room via your smartphone or tablet.

In the first image we have projected the Kist chair by Leangsel next to a table, while in the second example the desired product in this case is an oval Tulip table. You can see how both manage to maintain the proportions and colours compared to reality, making your choice easier by eliminating doubts about which size would suit you best or whether that colour will look as good in your room.

Augmented reality therefore proves to be an essential and precise tool that will help you choose the item that will fit in your new space, so that you can complete your purchase with peace of mind and no more delays.

Where can you activate it from?

The 'project me' button is located under the product photo gallery and looks like this:

Most of our products already have the 'project me' button available and every day we work to be able to complete our catalogue, which consists of almost 12,000 items, so if the button is not available, please write to us at [email protected] and we will be happy to immediately create the selected item that does not currently have this digitisation.

Let's see how to use it

First select the desired article by choosing the options (size, colour, composition, etc.). Once you have configured the product for your needs, click on the "PROJECT ME" button just below the product images.

- From PC

Clicking on the button will open a window with a QR code, this must be framed with your phone or tablet application. Once framed, follow the next step

-From Mobile or Tablet

Once you have clicked the button or framed the QR code as indicated above in the case of a PC, you will enter augmented reality and a new page will open where you will be ready to project the product you want;

Click again on Active AR

It is also possible to place the new projected product on top of the old one to consider the space used, since the item is presented in real size, i.e. on a 1:1 scale.

When a semi-transparent white box appears below the 3D image, it means that the product is placed on the ground and can be moved or rotated as you wish and in the space you choose.

Magically your item will be placed in your environment to scale and in the chosen colour. That's it, at this point all you have to do is put the item in your shopping cart and buy it.

This is very simple and fast and really effective.
