In the event of damage, including hidden damage, replacement is guaranteed 100%, provided that a few simple but essential instructions are followed. This coverage protects goods during transport against all accidental and unforeseen damage that may occur, except for specific exclusions.
Please read carefully: just a few simple steps are enough to be fully covered.
Upon delivery: what to do (this is essential!)
1. Always accept the goods
Never refuse the product, even if the packaging appears visibly damaged.
Why?
The product must remain available for any inspection by the insurance surveyor.
Refusing the goods may compromise the activation of the coverage.
2. Take photos immediately
Photographic documentation is essential to open a claim.
Take photos of:
The external packaging (even if only slightly damaged)
The detail of the damage
The complete product
The shipping label
The clearer the photos, the faster the claim will be processed.
3. Always sign with a written remark
At the time of delivery:
Preferably add a specific remark (e.g. “damaged packaging”, “crushed package”, etc.).
Alternatively, at least a general remark.
⚠️ Signing without any written remark may invalidate the insurance coverage.
