Are you still making this chair? I have one made in the 80's and wished another. Mine has the orange cover but we put a black leather cover over the orange. Also it is smaller than the ones being made for FLW foundation now. 21.9" wide, 21.5 depth and 31.9 tall. How much would shipping be to USA - NC 27104? Thank you, Joanne
