Esperia

Lighting in general. "Hesperia" is the name by which the Greeks originally designated the western lands on the side of Hesperus (vesper, evening), where the sun sets. “Esperia was born in 1952 in Poggibonsi, Siena,” a place rich in history. The Company immediately expresses a strong bond with the Tuscan district. From the 60s it expands its production, thanks to an important structural and productive development. In the same years "Esperia" begins a fruitful and lasting collaboration with Prof. Angelo Brotto. The creative direction of Prof. Brotto began in 1958 and lasted for 20 years, generating an exclusive relationship with "Esperia" which led to a bond of deep friendship with Romano Conforti, the founder of the company. Today "Esperia Luci" is a company of excellence engaged daily in the research and development of innovative and contemporary projects. Running it we find the second generation with Romano Conforti's children, Riccardo and Giuliana, and the third generation with Jacopo, who are animated by a common design vision projected towards the future. The "Esperia Luci" production consists of unique "art" lamps, made and assembled by hand thanks to the experience gained over more than 65 years of history. The materials, such as the brass fusions and the crystals of Colle Val D'Elsa, the true distinctive sign of "Esperia," are treated with the skilful mastery of the district's craftsmen, and represent the starting point for iconic luminous sculptures, and for creations custom dedicated to real and contract scenarios
