Processing

Ancient, noble, robust and therefore absolutely safe, glass is an element that has belonged to human history for over five thousand years. Its transparency, charm and brightness have made it one of the main protagonists of interior design today, unique for its elegance. It is an ecological material, completely recyclable, so much so that some of our furnishings are already made of recycled glass. Even at the design level we favor circularity dynamics: Tonelli products, at the end of their life cycle, are easily dismantled for easy disposal. Furthermore, the glass surface is chemically inert and therefore antibacterial, a precious property against the risk of contagion. For this reason, and for the contribution that this material gives to medicine and the fight against Covid, the UN has declared 2022 the International Year of Glass.
